PT TOTAL Oil Indonesia is an affiliate of Total Group–a leading energy company originated from France, focusing in downstream industries. We are now looking for young and brilliant individuals to join us to fill the posts of:

1. Procurement Executive

The main responsibilities of this position will be to coordinate with suppliers–local and overseas, for finished goods, raw materials, packaging materials, and blender; and also to deal with authorities. He/she shall also need to manage fulfillment of purchase orders.

Assignment: Jakarta

Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor degree in Management from reputable universities
- GPA of not less than 3.00
- Previous experience in similar field for at least 2 years
- Knowledge and skills in purchasing process, including custom and import regulations would be an advantage
- Analytical thinking
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Computer literate


2. Cost & Contracts/Project Engineer
The main responsibilities of this position will be to provide engineering and maintenance support to Retail Network department through designing, permitting, construction, and maintenance of service stations.

Assignment: Jakarta

Qualifications:
- Minimum bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture from reputable universities
- GPA of not less than 3.00
- Previous relevant experience in similar functions for at least 3 years
- Good strategic and analytical thinking
- Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills, able to relate with various social levels
- Meticulous
- Goal oriented
- Able to work with AutoCAD
