Accounting Plant Controller for their startup plant in Cikarang.

Qualifications:

Degree in Accounting / Finance/Business Administration/Economics.
3 - 5 years as Controller or accounting experience. Preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Specific Knowledge in US GAP reporting, Indonesian taxation and accounting principles, status reports.
SAP or others ERP systems will be appreciated.
Budgeting, tax finance and forecasting skills are key for this role.
Strong analytical skills and ability to think “outside of the box”
Excellent leadership, team work and communication skills.
Positive “can-do” attitude is required.
Fluent in Indonesian and English both oral and written.
Responsibility Overview

Responsible for financial closing process for manufacturing facilities.
Responsible for financial statements for facilities assigned; including income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statements.
Assist plant with monthly forecasts and annual budgets.
Provide proactive support in developing strategies and projects.
Ensure all transactions are in accordance with company's financial policy & procedure in the plant.
People development.
