* Mengerti QCC, 7 Tools dan KAIZEN,TPS
* Mengerti System KANBAN
* Menguasai Komputer
* Leadership , Analysis, Trouble Shooting
* Mengerti ISO : 9001 & 14000
* Siap di tempatkan di Cikarang
